If you are thinking of a serene estate, a lake, private cottage and a safe place for your family, kids and friends to stretch on a hammock or engage in a Frisbee game on well maintained lawns, then,this should suit your interest. Each cottage will be dedicated to a group of upto 4 adults and a child, consists of one large & one small bed room, a living room, kitchen and bath with hot water. One can soak in nature, the full day and be the first experience Kodai before the rest wake up.

Tariff

  • Off Season (July - Sept & Jan - Mar) :
  • Weekdays : INR 4000 per cottage
  • Weekend : INR 4500 per cottage
  • Extra Person : INR 900
  • Season (Apr-Jun, Oct-Dec) :
  • Weekdays : INR 5000 per cottage
  • Weekend : INR 5500 per cottage
  • Extra Person : INR 900

Terms & Conditions

Tariff Includes

  • 1. Check-in time is 10:00 AM and Check-out time is 9:00 AM.
  • 2. Tariffs are on per cottage basis. Each cottage can accommodate upto 4 adults and upto 3. One child (below 7 years), not requiring an extra bed. Upto 1 extra bed can be provided at additional cost, if required. Each cottage, however, has only one bath combined with toilet.
  • 3. Cancellation charges - 30 days prior to arrival Rs. 500/- per cottage.
  • 4. There are occasional powercuts and outages in Kodaikanal. In the event of power outages candle lights will be provided.
  • 5. A totally vegetarian facility. Alcohol and Non-vegetarian food (even brought from outside) is not permitted on the property.
  • 6. Rates are subject to change without any prior notice/intimation. Kindly reconfirm the rates at the time of booking.
  • 7. All cottages are adequately furnished without being flashy. There
  • are no TVs at Mistycove. However, the caretaker will help you to find one on hire if you so desire.
  • Morning Coffee/Tea included in tariff.
  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be served on order, payable at actuals.
